At Spandazzle.com, we want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below:
To contact us about returns, refunds or exchanges please include your Order Number and email us at returns@spandazzle.com.
We will issue a refund for all unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged or defective products returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the item and packaging and will be made in the form of the original payment.
All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Spandazzle.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of placing your order. You must contact us via e-mail at support within the 14 day window. The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment.
To exchange an order, please return your original item(s) using our prepaid return label and place a new order online. You may contact us via email at support with both your original and new order numbers and we’ll waive the return shipping fee. Email us returns@Spandazzle.com.
For generating a prepaid return label, please contact us at returns@Spandazzle.com. Simply print and affix the prepaid return label to the package and take it to the designated drop off location we will provide you in an email.

Please note that when returning an item using our prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the order refund for return postage.
